TERMS + CONDITIONS

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

  • $600. deposit to hold your space is nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, July 17, 2025, your deposit will be credited the full amount (minus a $75. administrative fee) and held for one year to be applied to a future retreat, workshop(s), or private coaching.

  • No credit or refund is available if the cancelation is after August 1, 2025, or if a participant leaves the retreat early for any reason. However, in some instances, if Sarah is able to fill your spot with another guest, she will refund you your retreat cost minus the initial deposit. Please note that Sarah cannot guarantee that she will be able to fill your spot.

  • There will only be one cancellation/re-scheduling allowed per reservation. A second cancellation will result in the loss of all funds paid.

  • I strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance

Note: In the event the entire retreat is canceled due to a force majeure beyond my control, you will receive a full refund for the cost of your retreat. Sarah Webb is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred due to event cancellations, including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents, or other expenses.

LIABILITY

I/we agree that Sarah Webb (and her guest instructors)shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or travel delay. I/we agree to assume all risks associated with the trip and agree that no liability will be attached to Sarah Web for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property or health. Sarah Webb reserves the right to change the program schedule if necessary. Sarah Webb shall not be held liable or responsible for any expenses, included but not limited to lodging, meals, and transportation incurred by delays or other uncontrollable issues outside of our program.

In the event that you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances, and as a general practice, I highly recommend that you protect your investment with travel insurance for your trip.
