TERMS + CONDITIONS
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit is refundable if received before midnight, December 10, 2023 (minus $75. processing fee). If cancellation is received after December 10, 2023 your deposit will be forfeited. NO REFUNDS. Your deposit will be held for one year to be applied to a future retreat, workshop(s), or private coaching.
The Early Bird Rate will only be honored if full payment is received by December 1, 2023. If full payment is not received, your retreat cost will revert to the full price, regardless of when you registered.
LIABILITY
I/we agree that Sarah Webb and Heidi Kroft shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or travel delay. I/we agree to assume all risks associated with the trip and agree that no liability will be attached to Sarah Webb or Heidi Kroft for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property or health. Sarah Webb and Heidi Kroft reserve the right to change the program schedule if necessary. Sarah Webb and Heidi Kroft shall not be held liable or responsible for any expenses, included but not limited to lodging, meals, and transportation incurred by delays or other uncontrollable issues outside of our program.
In the event that you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances, and as a general practice, I highly recommend that you protect your investment with travel insurance for your trip.
